The brief
The West African Gas Pipeline (WAGP) is governed by an International Project Agreement between four states, beneath which sits a network of commercial agreements for the supply, transport and sale of gas.
Our mandate was to review the International Project Agreement and every commercial agreement that depends on it, and to show how rights and obligations flow from one to the other.
