You join as an associate with a defined set of capability requirements. You earn a competitive salary and know exactly what partnership asks of you.

Year one
Lead and be measured
You take the lead on mandates, publish under the firm’s name and build client relationships. A formal review measures your progress against the requirements.

Admitted to partnership
Once you have met the requirements, you are admitted as a partner. You keep a salary and share in the profits you help create.

For lawyers with experience in human rights, criminal, tenancy and general litigation. You take matters from filing through trial, with real time in court.
