Balogun Harold Advises Shuttlers on $4 Million Equity Funding Round
We are pleased to have advised Shuttlers, a leading Nigerian shared mobility company, on the successful close of its $4 million equity funding round, announced on April 4, 2023. The round was led by Verod-Kepple Africa Ventures (VKAV), with participation from new investors.
Balogun Harold provided end-to-end legal advisory, including transaction structuring, due diligence, and investment documentation, ensuring a smooth and compliant process in line with Nigerian and international standards.
This investment will enable Shuttlers to expand its shared transportation services to more cities across Nigeria, strengthen its operational infrastructure, and continue delivering efficient, safe, and scalable mobility solutions for commuters.
